a very good place to relax. close to the street and well served. hotel in good condition, although the food could be better. I recommend it to everyone as a base. Lots of attractions, good swimming pools and most importantly - very close to the sea and the beach!

Fantastic hotel, very clean( always someone with a brush sweeping) rooms cleaned everyday ( also has a door hanger to request no clean). Food was really good wide variety and different themed nights, food available all day and also a room open from midnight with snacks and frsh fruit if you get hungry through the night. Staff were amazing, bar staff were very quick and attentive, Rado was especially helpful nothing was a problem and made a point of chatting to visitors. Will definitely return 😊

The best choice we made for this year’s vacation! Everything was wonderful! The reception staff was very friendly, the room was cleaned daily, the food was very good and varied, the drinks were very good and of high quality, the pool was very clean – everything was amazing! We even found free parking! The sea is close to the hotel, just a 2-minute walk away!

Just back from an excellent family holiday at the imperial resort. Located away from the busy area of flower street but close enough in a taxi or the little road train that runs from 10am @6lev per person. There is also a train on the main road that goes to nessebar. All staff are very helpful. The hotel is kept clean throughout, although slightly worn in places. Food and drinks are very good for an all inclusive. Evening entertainment hit and miss, but i believe this is due to the mix of nationalities staying at the resort.

Absolutely lovely holiday - staff were amazing - especially the barmen Jordan who was awesome with us and the kids and Rado at reception who welt out of his way to look after our family . First trip to Bulgaria and this hotel - doesn’t disappoint . Food, rooms, location, staff all perfect ! 100% will be back !!
